From equipment performance to system energy efficiency, short-term investment to full life cycle cost, magnetic coupler is highly competitive, especially suitable for high-load, high-frequency start industrial scenarios, can reduce losses, reduce energy consumption, improve production stability, is the preferred choice for industrial transmission upgrades, specifically combined with typical scenario cases:
1. Large ball mill in mines
After 3 Φ4.2×13m ball mills in an iron mine were replaced with magnetic couplers (original hydraulic couplers):
Starting: Smooth acceleration, 75% less loose lining, double the gearbox overhaul cycle;
Energy saving: a single unit saves an average of 280 kWh of electricity per day, and 3 units save 180,000 yuan in annual electricity costs (total annual electricity saving exceeds 300,000 kWh);
Overload: 1.2 seconds of decoupling lag, only 5 minutes of reboot (4 hours in tradition).
2. Chemical centrifugal fan
After the 160kW exhaust gas treatment fan is replaced:

3. Coal conveying belt of power plant
After the 1200t/h belt of a power plant is replaced:

Energy saving: 150,000 kWh of electricity saved annually for a single line, and 900,000 kWh for 6 trips;

4. Further optimization of magnetic coupler energy efficiency
The energy-saving optimization of magnetic couplers requires in-depth matching of "scene conditions-coupler characteristics-system linkage", rather than a single parameter adjustment:
Mine scene: With "load fluctuation adaptation" as the core, through adjustable air gap and load linkage speed regulation to cope with ore changes, the annual power saving of 3 ball mills can increase by 8%-15% on the basis of the original 300,000 kWh, reaching 32.4-345,000 kWh.
Chemical scenario: focus on "speed regulation and vibration reduction", combine the exhaust gas concentration to adjust the speed of the fan, optimize the air gap vibration reduction energy consumption, and amplify the energy-saving effect;
Power plant scenario: Focusing on "low temperature and synergy", relying on insulation jackets, coal volume-speed linkage to reduce winter warm-up and belt idling losses, the annual energy saving of 6 belts can increase by 8%-15% on the basis of the original 900,000 degrees, reaching 97.2-1.035 million kWh.
At the same time, it is necessary to maintain the whole process of maintenance (such as testing the magnetic properties of permanent magnets, calibrating air gaps, and maintaining protective structures) to ensure stable energy-saving effects and maintain efficient transmission of the coupler.
