The manufacturing enterprises have long been troubled by potential safety hazards, such as sudden voltage rise, burning precision parts, equipment shutdown caused by current overload, and shortened service life due to high temperature operation. The launch of this quadruple protection switching power supply is the result of its four core patents and nine software copyright technologies. "The traditional switching power supply protection function is mostly a single trigger mode, which has the problems of lagging response and high misoperation rate, and it is difficult to cope with the complex industrial environment." The company's R&D director explained that the new product is deeply integrated through "hardware protection+intelligent algorithm" to create a full-link security management and control system, which ensures the safety of equipment while taking into account energy conservation and stability, and solves the pain point of "safety and efficiency are difficult to balance" that the industry has long faced.

Over-current protection: millisecond response, protecting equipment from overload impact. The switching power supply is equipped with high-precision current sampling resistor and fast fuse protection circuit, which can monitor the change of output current in real time. When it is detected that the current of laser cutting machine, CNC machine tool and other equipment exceeds the standard due to excessive load, the system starts the "hiccup current limiting mode" within 0.8 milliseconds to stabilize the current in a safe range and avoid the burning of precision components such as PLC controller and driving chip. In the test of Shanghai Songjiang production base, the power supply successfully triggered over-current protection in the extreme scenario of simulating a sudden increase of 3 times current, and the equipment was not damaged, which increased the response speed by 47% compared with the industry average of 1.5 milliseconds.
Overvoltage protection: double monitoring to resist the risk of power grid fluctuation. Aiming at the problem of voltage instability in industrial power grid, the product adopts the dual monitoring design of "voltage-dividing sampling+reference voltage comparison". When the input voltage soars to 300V (far exceeding the rated voltage of 220V) due to power grid fluctuation, the built-in transient suppression diode turns on instantly, and cooperates with the relay to quickly cut off the output circuit to protect downstream equipment from high voltage impact. The application case of an electronic foundry shows that after the introduction of the power supply, the number of SMT mounter failures caused by the sudden rise of grid voltage has decreased from 4 times a month to 0, and the equipment maintenance cost has decreased by 60 thousand yuan/year.

Over-temperature protection: intelligent temperature control to solve the problem of high-temperature operation. Considering the high temperature and closed environment of industrial workshop, the switching power supply adopts the dual protection mechanism of "temperature sensor+intelligent heat dissipation". When the internal temperature of the power supply rises to 105℃ due to long-term full-load operation, the system automatically derates the output first to reduce power consumption; If the temperature continues to climb to 120℃, the shutdown protection will be triggered immediately. At the same time, the bottom cooling groove and the silent fan work together to reduce the working temperature of the whole machine by 15℃, which solves the problem that the life of the traditional power supply is shortened due to high temperature. In the high temperature workshop test of a textile factory in the south, the power supply has been running continuously for 3 months, the average temperature is stable below 85℃, and the failure rate is zero.
Short-circuit protection: cut off accurately to eliminate fire hazards. In view of the risk of short circuit caused by cable aging and equipment misoperation, the power supply has a built-in short circuit protection circuit. When the output terminal is short-circuited, the main circuit will be cut off within 10 milliseconds, and the peak value of short circuit current will be controlled within 1.2 times of the rated value, which is far lower than the conventional level of 3 times of the peak value in the industry, thus eliminating the fire accident caused by short circuit from the root. An auto parts factory reported that the welding robot had frequent fire accidents caused by short circuit. After switching to Fengchuang switching power supply, the "zero short circuit accident" was realized and the safety management cost was reduced by 40%.
Strict quality control and authoritative certification endorse safety performance. Before leaving the factory, each switching power supply has to undergo 16 limit tests, including 8kV lightning surge impact, 500 hours of high-temperature aging, and -30℃ low-temperature start-up. It has passed the triple international certification of CCC, CE and UL, and its electromagnetic compatibility can reach the class B standard of EN 55022. In addition, the product adopts modular design, which supports the rapid installation of DIN guide rail, the deployment can be completed in 30 seconds, and the later maintenance cost is reduced by 30%.

Yu Pingfeng, the founder of the company, said that this series of switching power supplies have been supplied to European electronic assembly plants and Southeast Asian textile bases in batches, and orders in the third quarter of 2025 increased by 220% year-on-year. At present, the R&D team is tackling the fifth generation protection technology, and plans to add leakage protection and surge adaptive functions to further improve the product safety level and provide more reliable power solutions for global industrial customers.
